I am immensely proud and honoured to be offered Life Membership of The Carp Society. I've been a member since the olden days, having been inspired to join after seeing a copy of the first Carp Fisher in Tackle Up in Ash Vale in 1981 and shop owner Colin Chandler signed up me and the missus on the spot.

Many thanks to the Society. I am truly humbled.

Always read your articles in old carpworld, carptalk (not sure about that one) and i believe even the magazine of the carp society that british anglers took with them to france for me with much pleasure. You have made an international impression, so also congratulations from holland!
