Talking about fox, they also brought out their version of the esp ronnie clips and tungsten sleeves. They are absolute rubbish, no way those sleeves fit the clip without applying quite dangerous force. So those sleeves are very tight and small. and i promoted them to my combi rigs. I don't think it can get any neater than with those sleeves.

A long shank. Personally i think those with an in turned eye are a bit too much, those you see in the shops are way too extreme. 10 degrees would be ok, straight is fine too, you can always use your pliers to get that 10 degree angle.

I'm just going to tell you, mct oil is what you are looking for. You can just take the cheap one, no need for c8 only, that's for dieet freaks:)

I don't have the exact product you are looking at, but from the same series albeit older i have the (had to look it up) Nash ZT Polar Quilt Jacket. All i can say, amazing. It has some 3m filling from the highest specs, and well, it's extremely warm, keeps the wind out, light af, i never had a better fishing coat. So if they keep up this quality, the one you are looking at should be good too.

We all do that in holland, even in the midst of winter. Much cheaper than a bait boat and all that.

Will have a look, always funny to see british anglers mostly struggling in holland. And this is not a smear or whatever, i'm sure it's the same the other way around, angling is angling but the circumstances can make you scratch your head.

This stuff doesn't have the problems you mention:

Pole Position kick back boom & chod filament.

They are trading in the uk now, so you should be able to get it. Rather cheap too. I think compared to the amnesia mentioned and korda stuff you use, you should be aware this is much stiffer, which could either be an advantage or disadvantage for the rig you use.

I think it's even worse. So yes, you have an army of retarded anglers nowadays, as has been pointed out in this thread, and then you have a cultural change in the broader sense relating to man's relation to nature, from the club of rome to today's greenies, the culling of commercial fishing etc etc. So all in all, i'm kinda suprised carp angling isn't on the chopping block already.

For me it was around that time too, maybe a bit later. Then you had that orange/pink shrimp meal, lots of shell, i didn't know better until then Now most are advertised as having low shell content, different color also. It was a truly sad sight, i was so ready, thought i had it all figured out.

When i was still rolling my bait by hand i made some kilograms with shrimp meal. Went to my spots, baiting up, and initially they all sunk, but after a few minutes i could see them all pop up, one after another, hundreds of baits rising to the top.
Are you sure?
