Not sure what I was watching with Man U last night, that 1st half...Carrick thought they grew into it...deluded. I didn't see a single triangle of players, far to far apart, moving up the field disjointedly, that sounds familiar from the past. Why Roma were so respectful was beyond me, should have gone for the jugular, could have been 5-0 at half time. Second half, have to say Tielemens did make a difference, but it wasn't hard given how bad Santos and Baleba were, near every pass was short, and when it wasn't, it's as if the Utd players expect the ball to come to their hallowed feet rather than go toward it, were getting passes picked off all the time.
Lacey looks fantastic, so pleased he got the assist. Cunha, I wanted him off at half time 😂 he seems to have that knack of kicking a ball a split second before it's expected, some great players had that talent.
So Villa next on the back of a PSG defeat, going to be a interesting match, if anyone can defeat United tactically it's Unai!

I take it there was no green light to start with? That implies a deep state of discharge to begin with and typically, like armalite has mentioned, needs a slow recovery charge (unless faulty LED).
Might be worth investing in a new battery charger in case it happens again in future. I've got one for my car, it's all automatic, it detects the battery being used, state of discharge and best charging cycle to use, wasn't expensive, around £20 from Amazon iirc.
Similar to this one below. Worth noting it recovered a battery for me and I thought it would never go green, think it took in excess of 24 hours, more like 36 iirc, and the colder the battery the longer it takes.

Personally I'd be looking for a supplementary heat source rather than relying on a glove. The father in law, who had Raynaud's, swore by liquid type hand warmers (his were zippos), he had one in each pocket. Nowadays I'm sure there are probably rechargeable ones too. The liquid ones are a lot cheaper than when it was mainly zippos, you can get a couple of them now for around a tenner on Chinese sites.
Might also be worth looking at heated gloves, they've come on leaps and bounds.

Yes, re the chain, adblue not so much, as with work vans and higher mileage it should've been sorted. Stellantis changed to the 8mm cam chain in Jan 23 so that might help when looking but I'd be checking myself in case of old stock, or factoring in the cost of replacement chain on a older lower mileage reg.
As it's going to be a secondary vehicle and your not reliant on it, maybe it's worth the risk, if there is one, no need to think about it then either, guess it depends what your spending and how long you get out of it.
Worth having a read up on the 4 wheel traction systems. I looked into it when considering the VW 4Motion Transporter.

Might be worth having a look at the German Army Flectarn if it's a consideration, I bought it after Gerry on here recommended it. I have 2 sets, a tighter fitting summer set and a winter set that'll go over my Fox Sherpa Tec bib & brace. You can get the GAFT in all sorts of sizes, leg and chest, sometimes new or at the very least A1 grade.

😂 I have a vague memory of someone posting a pic of a Canadian Goose last year, proper characters 😀
Nice to see the Quest on the bank 😎 The tops of those trees remind me of France in October, just as the Oaks are starting to turn, red mind, not yellow yet 😍

Correct re the adblue and mot 😎
The problem is, if you start having the adblue issue. It's supposed to count down from 1500 miles until no start.
Ours went from 1200 miles to 50 as my wife was driving 30 miles home which means she couldn't use it the next day.
The irony, Peugeot said there is no 1200 mile warning until I showed them the pic.
I'm sure it was sold to us from Evans Halshaw and they'd just deleted the fault before we picked it up as it came on as we drove it home, only 17000 miles on it. 3 injectors, 2 sensors later and they said it needs a new tank, £2000. And if that's not enough they charged us a inspection fee each time, as just because it was a adblue code it didn't mean it was a adblue fault 😡
Have a read on the Peugeot forums, all the info is there. People were told even when it was under warranty and it went there were no kits to do it expected for months. It affected whole fleets of mobility vehicles too, very poor!
