I have the 12 foot Aviator Spod. It's a lovely rod to use, not difficult to compress.

He must be mates with somebody as more experienced, knowledgeable, successful and articulate bait makers were banned for a lot less than Mozzi is getting away with. Every thread trashed under the guise of giving advice, advice that is at best arbitrary; use a hydro, use a powder etc etc etc

I've stopped posting on the forum as he just started jumping on every post and picking an argument, waste of time.

Bit much over some fishing rods?

John, good idea to go and see the rod builder. I have a set of Aviators, they are nice rods.

Wow, you can take an image like that on the bank? Do you mind showing us a photo of the amount/size of equipment it requires?

I use a Spro rig wallet. Works well and doesn't take up much space.

If no rain is forecast I'll always chose to go under the stars. I've been caught out a few times with an early morning shower but all part of the fun.

There's nothing like laying there on a clear night looking up at a sky of stars, one of the great pleasures of our hobby.

I would still want a foot of tubing over any braided leader to protect the fish.
Are you sure?
