My pet hate is Arc instead and of Asked. As in “why are you arcing me that?” Or “if someone arced you to do that would you”
I particularly dislike peoples inability to us the words “to the” when describing a journey to a specific place “I'm going pub inint”

They like to say “That's a bit of me” and “Is that a bit of you?” On the Nash podcast. I've heard it said by various fishing plonkers on YouTube videos also. It's beyond stupid.
Obviously there's the classics “at the end of the day” and it is what it is. These also get combined to “at the end of the day, it is what it is”. This particular phrase is a virus that seems to have affected around 80% of the population. They'll be people reading this that say it. You know who you are.

When the Hanoverans came to court with their King (50th inline to the throne) they couldn't pronounce the English 'A'. In order to pander to these upstarts the royal community copied them. The trend has continued to this day but remember its pronounced PASS not parse, GRASS not grarse.
