That's for getting pickled onions out the jar.
Or it was until a tackle manufacturer spotted it. I stopped taking mine years ago, they were good for the task though

They sound handy. What's the normal price?
They're £20 on Amazon
LINKY POO™ https://link.amazon/B04FYikQw
I normally have some bottles of water in the van, but every now and again I use more than normal or forget to top up, might get one for emergencys. Thanks 👍

I might still have my CarpTech matt somewhere, they were good ... and the handles long enough that you could lay rods/whatever in the matt and walk to your new swim if staying mobile.
I've been through almost every type of matt and still own far too many which are hard to sell 😢
Whilst enjoying a knee-jerk-fashion-whim a couple seasons ago I changed almost all of my luggage to Shimano Trench gear. The unhooking mats are similar to the big Trakker ones. That's what I use for 99% of my lake fishing now. Nice strong/tall walls.
The Fox one looks nice (as does the Sonik). I wouldn't mind something like that for the river, and when it lays out flat like that it's nice padding for loading the gear onto on the barrow to save metal scratching paint off metal

Are we referring to "all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light"
If so, then "Who you gonna call....?"

I always have bad wind mate 🤔
Polycarbonate greenhouse I invented/designed/built last close season survived thank goodness. Wind was blowing again earlier but quiet now.
@Onslow: Have a word with yourself please mate...I think you do your downhill lake shots just because you know it makes my OCD itch 😉👍

I had a Barnett Diablo, but mine was used for poaching pheasants. Not something I approve of now I am a bit more of a grown up
