Ethyl Alcohol based flavours work well in the cold , the type of flavour or smell of flavour is purely personal

Been looking for a zesty, pokey orangy/tangy concoction, but can´t find what i´m looking for.

Had some good results with fruity blends in hookbaits, especially pineapple + banana + scopex, but as water temps have dropped drastically, the more pokey, citrus blends tend to work better.

What does Hutchies Nouvelle Fizz & Autumn Harvest smell like ?
Are CC Moores Northern Specials more fruity or citrusy ?

High attract hookbaits the original specials is a hutchy autumn harvest and nouvelle fiz combo that has a orangey citrus smell to it. Ive got a pot for when the temp drops as I also do well citrus type pop ups in the winter. I've not actually used them yet so can't comment on if there any good tho

I'm still a big fan of the northern specials, always have a pot in the bag and they are often the bait that picks up the bites.

call John Baker for some top, free advise on flavours?

I´ve had some good advice over the years, from Mr Baker Got 4-5 bottles of his flavours in my bait kitchen

KeeperBoy :
I actually rolled afew washed out yellow corkballs last night, and actually used Bergamot EO for the first time.
The final blend was 0.5ml/10 drops each of Bergamot, Cinnamon and Clove EOs. Very pleasant on the nose, but might be too aggressive for those chemoreceptors.

I have used other EO blends, upto 40 drops total, and caught regularly, but then again, depends on the EOs used.
Don´t know whether to get Orange EA flavour or 5 fold Orange EO instead
