I've bought a few bucket hats with the one size fits all and larger size but it's becoming apparent that I have a large head 🤣 they all fit far to tight. Does anyone with a big head have a suggestion

I look like a tool in a cap and hate them but need something to keep the sun off. Thanks for the great advice tho

Maybe tie a ribbon on the handles as a chin strap, this could work
Helicon tex,Summer Combat..7and a half,sized..has detachable rear sun,neck flap to stop neck or ears burning,essential if you work outside like I do..

(Ears and Neck,are very prone skin cancer areas)...
They do a bigger one than the one I have as well,I suffer with excess knowledge and brain size,so need a very big hat...

Have a look at a North face one. Like yourself I'm blessed with a brain the size of a planet and have always struggled with head wear trying to find a fit that don't feel like a tubey grip bandage one me nogging. But even the the North face bucket hat i have is big on me.

I got a Fortis one last week which fits a treat. Although I tried a few and some were too small. Not sure if they do different sizes or I found an 'off' one that was a bit larger.

Get a wide brimmed cricket hat. They look well carpy bruv.

58cm is not big. I take a 60cm hat. I don't have a freakishly large head either.

Get the hat you normally wear and run it over the spout of the kettle for a bit and fit to your head. This stretches the fibres or something. O have a monster melon too and this has helped on an old Fortis hat I have
