Top guy , top workmanship. He took longer than I was told and communication was a little difficult at times due to how busy he is . The finished product though 👌He sorted my old Delkim sounder box out when even Delkim couldn't. Highly trusted and recommend 👍

Receiver and Alarm arrived back this morning- they're top notch, really impressed with the guys ability to revive both, they looked like they'd been in the trenches before.
Might have taken a couple of weeks extra but it's well worth it

Exactly that. I've known him for decades. Sometimes when I message him, he doesnt reply for a few days, but he always does in the end. He is always busy and reliable though.

who knows, i gave up with them last winter as have been on their waiting list for 'new' parsons for almost two years and was originally told a month or two waiting list. I sold my nevs to fund the parson purchase...have since gone back to nevs. Very poor customer service imo

To be fair, his comm's can be a bit erratic but his workmanship is brilliant and can't be faulted. It seems he's got a pretty niche market which will mean he has a lot of potential customers out there. If you can wait and are willing to plan for a lengthy turnaround or have a back up set of alarms then I'd thoroughly recommend him. He sorted a Neville and an RX digital for me and both came back when he said they would. Yes, it took a while to get them sorted but he did a great job.
The thing is, are there any other companies out there who can repair all manner of alarms? If so, who? He's got the market sewn up hasn't he? If I was handy at this type of work I'd be looking at a potential gap in the market but you need the expertise (which he clearly has) and the resources to respond quickly to customers which is a challenge if you run a small business with a huge customer base.
