Currently sitting on a rather huge lake in France and in the teeth of a brisk North Easterly wind. The CS Age One alarms are superb. They haven't missed a beat and the lower sensitivity settings mean you don't get annoying false beeps in high winds and surf-like conditions. A welcome change from using Delkims... The roller is good and especially when using braid. My lad has been using them for over a couple of years in extreme fishing scenarios and they have been brilliant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do everything you need them to do, beep, warble and drop back tone if you like that sort of thing! BTW, the screws are long enough for me to house the solar titanium hockey sticky things with no issues.. I got my set of 4 from Pecheur over a year ago and got a good deal on them and they arrived promptly. Buy the alarms with confidence. π

No idea, sorry, but the guys at Weston will let you know if there are other compatible spools. I have the Emblem x 5500 a's and there are a few spools from other reels that fit them so probably be the case for the 4500's. Although they won't look as cool as the WD ones...

Exactly that, each to their own, not something I would do personally but I do use a boat, scope, echo etc in my European fishing (where allowed of course). Is it any different to wading a bait out & using your polaroids to find a nice spot? Drones & bait boats... i think that's different again! In this case the guy is using his hands / body etc to position a bait and freebies. No technology used at all. I don't know whether that makes it acceptable or not! Fair play to him. It must take some skill to do that!

Been happening for years. Wasn't there a guy called Scuba Sid (possibly Dutch as well) who was doing this on, maybe, Cassien and other waters years and years ago? Can't see that it's any different from using a boat and scope personally. Albeit a bit more risky perhaps.

Half the product photos have been lifted from Temu... so not sure why you would bother using this site instead of Temu itself?

To be fair, as a rather naive youngster with limited access to the 'top shelf', I very rarely got past the lingerie / women's underwear section.

So does anyone know what the lightest available bedchair currently available is? I wanted something light but couldn't find a Wychwood tactical x in stock anywhere and bought a Wychwood Riot Tactical bed which is light but the most uncomfortable and short bedchair I have ever used (for one night only)! I'm not getting any younger & need something a little longer and more comfortable than that! Any ideas? In the meantime, if anyone wants the aforementioned bed let me know
Probably ideal for a youngster?

I'm currently in the SW of France (staying with my son & doing the odd morning on local lakes) & despite quite warm weather over the last week or so there has been no sign of spawning on the Grand Lacs or pits in this area 🀷..
