Think I'd look at using expanding foam into the sections, if the bushwacker sinks 😄

Looking around websites, the Nash bushwacker pole system looks good.
Anyone used the all things 3D baiting pole system?

Differences are 1.5m sections as opposed to all things 3D's 1m sections.
All things 3D system is a lot cheaper too.

I'd probably end up getting 30m worth of poles.
Thanks.

Used the Daiwa spod reels with carbon drag washers (about ½ turn to full lock) since they came out.
No problems at all.

Anyone used a cheaper line that's as good as Gardner hydrotuff in green 15lb, 0.38mm?

Seem to be loads of Trakker tempest bivvies and Aqua M3 compacts for sale.
What's the reason, build quality, known faults?

Never had a problem with these reels either or the likes of original SS3000's from when they first came out.

I normally put liquid on the night before I go. Had bites straight away at times when hookbait has been placed right next to freebies, so I'm confident in it.

Always found cork to be too buoyant and fish could tell different to mixers.

Vaseline or similar rubbed on the line Ive always found attracts debris from water surface.
Prefer to use a decent floating line and keep it clean.
I've had some fish take hookbait floater as soon as its hit the water, so the saying build their confidence first didn't apply, as was cast to where I thought fish were, didn't actually see fish first.
As mentioned, just keep going and practice.

Getting the hookbait balance, how it appears to the carp in my opinion is paramount.
I've blanked for hours lots of times until I've made a change that was acceptable to the carp.
They ate freebies, ignored hookbait sort of thing.
Are you sure?
