In reply to Post #19 I got a load of cheap ones, ok if you put it in a bag but they will slip too easily if you cast it and it hits the water! As for long chucks, forget it!!!
For long chucks I've tried doubling the cheapo ones but not confident, so either use esp, or use a multi rig/slip D.

EBay. Can get 100-1000 for dirt cheap. The same as most branded stuff.

I've found the bank tackle ones okay. Quite small and a bit fiddly but certainly tight enough and good vfm
