Does anyone know if the phone line is down ? I've tried calling them, after sending an alarm to them a little over 3 weeks ago and cant get in touch via phone or email ?

Sorry to hijack this thread. Dale Electronics are a fantastic company and I've used them on a couple of occasions. Their problem is that they are a victim of their own success, and it takes a while for them to even get around to starting the job. My question is; Is there another company as good as Dale electronics that has a shorter turn around of their jobs.

lloyds is the only place to look after my buzzers now, he's repaired, upgraded and serviced delks, nevs, fox's etc for me

Always found Dale to be great WhatsApp is your friend. Aways get a response same or next day.
