At long last Fox have brought back true inlines that are removable when packing up. Why they stopped these all those years ago is beyond me, maybe things have moved on with coatings as the old ones did use to come away. I hope they'll expand the range as I really loved these when they 1st came out. Also hope they bring back the inserts to convert inline to standard swivel.

I liked the previous Impacts and managed to pick up a sack of 4/5oz versions in the AD bargain bin . . .work well as drop offs with the swivel at the centre of the lead

Shame they can't go back to the convertible in-line drop off as I have loads of stems left over. But not so many leads lol

I still have quite a few left in all guises, and like you a lot of stems v leads. I popped Fox a e-mail today to ask if they're going to be bringing out a converter insert and expand the range.
I think this comes from Mr Pitchers, in a vid a while ago he mentioned not remembering why he changed to lead clips and that in lines are better from a hooking pov for bottom baits.
On hard bottoms I'd agree, maybe he was fishing silt, who knows.

I converted a basket of old, true, detachable fox inline leads to swivel leads since i no longer have the inserts. But a good detachable inline that doesn't drop all the time is more than welcome. PB products come close, but i went to my first purchase like it's nothing, not for me, and provocative remark, taking fish safety a bit too far.

I'd like to get or make a mould for them or something similar, I use inlines a lot, running, drop off and semi fixed.
