Any suggestions on how to clean the Atts alarms, mine are rather sticky and look as though they are peeling?
Is the only solution to put a new case on them?

Sounds like they might be made from TPE which is known to go sticky over time - just from exposure to air.

You can try IPA alcohol but would try it on a test area first.

I have the some problem with the receiver and it annoys me when i get it out of the bag and put it away

The benefit is, that it sticks to any surface, you dont need a lanyard

My receiver went all sticky I presume there the same plastic I cleaned (wiped with a cloth) mine with meths that removed a sticky residue and it's fine now

WD40 same with my cases harder and harder to get off the alarms, now slip off (insert innuendo)

Nail Polish remover sold to the ladies (and the undecided) to clean off their nail polish removes the tackiness. If you don't have a girlfriend or missus you can easily get it in the makeup section of supermarkets.

Although nail polish or varnish is thick and sticky, the remover is watery and easy to apply. I use it on my ATTS case occasionally when it starts to get sticky. Apply with a non fluffy cloth. Always worth test a small discrete area first.

If you've got any hand sanitiser left, the sort that contains alcohol that'll do the job too.

thank you gents, meths and nail polish remover will be applied tonight

Haven't used my receiver for approx 10 years and it went all sticky then

The Fox NTXR's did exactly the same, ruddy awful idea that coating

Cif works too, used it on my ntx'r alarms.
