Firstly apologies, this is the most ridiculous thread ever.

But I have a lovely big fishing room - and enough pop ups to float the titanic - I have storage systems for everything but any ideas on pop up tubs, currently in kitchen cupboards (re purposed) and arranged by makes , wafters etc. but I would love something that doesn't tumble like Mrs 55s Tupperware cupboard.

I have looked at random things like cd shelves - old shop fittings but does anyone have any brilliant ocd ideas.

Also and with respect not looking for a ‘just use one type and bin the rest' they are an addiction

I to am quite of having quite a large pop up habit. Even typing this I'm clucking for my next hit.

Most of my pop ups are stored on the shelves in my garage. There not so much baits as air freshners..

I also have a fair selection of hookbaits, I've just got mine in one of them plastic 4 drawer set from Home Bargains, similar to ebay Item number 174266958227.

Depends how many tubs you have really, I (stupidly) have over 100, but the draws work OK for me and are cheap. One drawer for pop ups, one for wafters, one for miscellaneous (hard hookers, glugged) and one for liquids, sprays, etc.

Over 100

I'll be adding a 4th pot (Spcialized bottom baits) to my existing 3 pots soon and am questioning whether it's overkill!

I agree, I am a stupid sod, but I'm a sucker for a pot of hookbaits. To justify it a little bit, my 2 sons also go fishing, so it's for them also.

Pop Ups Anonymous

I suppose i need afew PUA sessions as well. I´ve gone through different stages regarding my pop up addiction, and must admit i´ve come a long way. I had afew Gnedbys to proudly display my colourful pop up collection, which consisted of ca 80 tubs, all home-rolled. The reason for having so many, is rolling 5-6 different colours & sizes for a certain flavour combo. I´m now down to MAX 20 different hookbait tubs, so there is hope for me

I´ve gone full circle with pop up tub storage as well Started off with normal round tubs, then changed to the stack system, then smaller square tubs, and now i´m back to the stack system, in my hookbait bag. At the end of each season, i bin the the lot, and roll a new batch, fresh and ready for the new season, and these are proudly displayed on a small Gnedby.

I blame Ryan at UB Baits for my addiction. Not only did he make and sell good baits at a very reasonable price, when I realised he was going to stop making them, I bought loads of tubs off him that he had in stock. And therein was the start of my problem.........
