Quote: Even the quilted one piece suits that were all the rage in the 90s. Was bought to market by Nashy.
Were they the blue fleece lined ones with a hood? Knew a guy once who accidentally did a crap in the hood in one of them, lol.

Old things I have that I still use today:
Old 5ft landing net pole, solid unlike the ones today. Don't know the make.
Loads of Gardner Bank Sticks, the black extendable ones with the brass ferrule and screw. Also, the original Gardner Pod has gone, god know's where.
Gardner monkey climbers, with 3 clear bodies and 3 orange bodies. Use them for catfish with open bail arm.
Mk1 Armalites 3 x 12ft 2lb-ers, use for pike fishing now.
I've also sold some stuff recently (this decade say) which was a bit old, from the 90's.
50" Nubroli Weavelock Brolly plus Nash Overwrap.
Loads of Shimano Aero Baitrunners
Original Fox 2 legged bedchair.
Happy memories from all that gear!!

I use them cheapo aluminium looking Dinsmore sticks, extendable. Think they're about 2'6", extending to 5'.

Been using 10 footers for about 6 years now, and have no plan to go back to 12 footers. I just prefer the feel of them, 12 footers seem really cumbersome nowadays. Great in tighter swims, OK up to about 80 yards which is the majority of my fishing. I do have longer rods and bigger reels for larger waters, but haven't used them since last year. I've never had any issues with losing fish in marginal reeds.

Ditto, so far, so good with mine, had them 18 months now. 5 year warranty, you can't go wrong.

From memory, Jeff Rawstorne (username Jeffire on here) was aware of the blank breaking with a specific ALPS reel seat. It wasn't every ALPS reel seat, just one type. But I can't remember which one. Very helpful, I know. But perhaps he can advise which one.

I have the Wychwood ones, they are fine. Elasticated to fit over the reel and if you wish, they can be interconnected.

Think there was a recent thread about Arrow Meadow, have a scan through or use the search.
The Bowl is next to Gailey which is on the PAAS ticket, it's a club, not a syndicate. 3 year waiting list for this, but they have a LOT of waters. Good stock of fish in Gailey, but it's a busy circuit water. I'd get on the waiting list for this, you don't have to pay anything and there is no obligation to join when you are offered a place.
