Anyone know if there´s any new 2man High Roof(min 1.80m) bivvies coming out this Spring ?
Something similar to the JRC TX2 2man bivvy. Eyeing this one as an alternative, so any feedback/long term reviews on this TX2 would be awesome

What about the Sonik AXS 2 man bivvy or trakker tempest 200 both out now under £500 each

Tempest 200 is **** (check Simons Carp Fishing on Yt) , don't hear good things about the Sonik either
Solar undercover 2 man (green or camo) looks good.
I don't recommend the Jrc either, 5 rib bivvy have fun putting on/removing it, it's a crap design.

There are a few on here that have and rate the Tempest 200 highly.
Just tried watching the video you mentioned. Simon appears to be mentally deficient.

I'm just looking at the facts and that is that the T200 is ****, oke for normal weather conditions but in rain and cold weather rubbish, and there are many who have problems with broken poles.
I was also surprised for such a large bivvy the T200 (375cm wide...) is on the outside that the inside is barely bigger than my Slx v3 plus

I have the Tempest 200 with all the bits, I like it a lot, tons of space if my misses comes along. I can imagine that the centre pole will bend as its under a lot of pressure. I was thinking about lining mine and might look at that.
Because the fabric is nylon I am not sure that I would do a winter in mine even with the inner dome. Mind, I really CBA fishing in the cold and wet anymore, its a young mans game.

This doesnt make sense ... Its a pramhood bivvy ... no different to any other pramhood ... crap design, why?

I have the JRC extreme tx 1 and 2 man bivvy, their both decent quality and the 2 man is plenty tall enough

3 vs 5 rib definitely makes 100% a difference in setting up,and breaking down time
Have set up a Nash double top 2 man next to a slx v3 plus, the Double top takes twice as long, 5 rib system is just crap

If your buying a 2man+ size bivvy with 6ft height .... you are not going to worry about a couple extra minutes set up time .... I thought the TX2 man is 4 rib anyway? ... Its one extra rib!
..... I had the Quad Continental for a while (similar to TX) and that was no problem to set up and a few miniutes extra than my Armo's ... Im really not sure why it would take you so long

Not really worried about setup time, to be honest, just good quality with strong poles that don´t bend or break Got the Sonik AXS 1man and it´s the worst pile of dog poo i´ve ever used.

I got the solar undercover 2 man last year and a great bit of kit.
But i'm 6ft and do have to stoop in it. When i measured the height, it looks like the stated height is the outside dimension and not inner.
However would recommend as a good 2 man bivvy
