Typically I use bank sticks and buzz bars, but looking at getting a pod for added convenience and being able to fish on boards etc with no issues
Does anyone recommend the Fox black label compact one or anything similar? Ideally I do not want to spend more than £150 but I also do not want something that's just going to fall apart
Note: I am a bit of a tackle tart

I had one before I got my jag super compact mk2 black pod it was a decent pod but the buzz bars started to twist very easily and also scratch very easily then the paint started to come off. Not overly badly just annoyed me a bit

The sonik Vader x pods are great for the money I have the 2 rod version when I want to use a pod under £60 for the 3 rod version

I've got the fox black label pod and I rate it. It's compact, easy to set up and looks great.
Of course as with most black Ali pods it will scratch pretty easy if you don't take care but I supposed thats the only downside. I pack it down into separate compartments and I try to avoid using it on stone peg. I have a set of stainless singles so this isn't really an issue for me.

I'm the same typically I'll use bank sticks but did buy the fox black label for the odd occasion I may use one , great piece of kit lightweight and compact you can pick them up used for around £110 but as said before they do tend to mark easily being black .

If you want a cheap as chips option then the sonik is great... I have had one this year and really done me well.

I know someone who regularly uses a Leeds Rogue pod,it's cheap,plus you can fish it several ways..it does look smart in my opinion,and have seen em for sale less than £50..

thought about it, but prefer the extra versatility of the pod.

Black Label pod for me, love it, very light, packs down small, it all goes in my ruckbag 👍🏻

Have the compact cygnet pod, it's decent and does the job, very similar to fox black label I believe. It did make me realise I don't like pods however, too much faff setting up
