While sorting through some old tubs of pop ups in the garage i found an empty pot of Solar Jacko Specials....I guess they are long discontinued?
Anyone know of anything similar?

Something I found on my hd drive. Don't know who wrote it but I must have saved it for some reason -
Solar Jacko Specials
"Mainline Strawberry, "Kemp's" Savay Cream, Touch of Mainline Plum and couple of drops of Geranium. And some sweetner, I think Hutchinson/Nash one. Mix of Richworth PU mix and a protein mix, 70/30 or something. Try nutrabaits egg orange.how do I know? Fished on the brook at the same time as Lee, Lee told me the recipe".

could be wrong but I always thought the essential oil in these was bergamot rather than geranium.

That combo on Enervite Gold was probably one of if not the best Winter bait I've ever used, you should make it, I'd have a kilo or two off you

Enervite gold with hi nu val......then add that combo. Just prepare the unhooking mat 😉

First used it, pre Nutrabaits at the CS fish in at Llandidrhod Wells mid 80's, Hi-Nu-Val and Nick Elliots Sweet Cajouser brilliant bait that I used for a good few years afterwards.
Geranium EO again another superb label, once had a carp follow a bait I was reeling in like a pike whilst using it!!
Kemp's Cornish ice cream, eucalyptus and peppermint in very small amounts on milks was yet another great one, smelt just like Murray Mints
