I tried the stuff in the link above, it was on offer at the time yesterday.

It just arrived, good ol amazon.

I've been trying to link the smell.... it reminds me of treated wood from a specific adventure playground when I was a kid in the early 80's. Weird pressure wood treated creosote type whiff. Not sure about it on a hookbait!

I'm about to give it a try - the spoon it comes with is tiny. Fingers crossed it has a good crack at this chronic fatigue - I've got some days off coming up still earmarked for some fishing,

More alert, better concentration, better gym performance (I think it boosts testosterone).
Not sure if it helps in the bedroom or not as Gal Gadot hasn't popped round recently :(

Just a feeling of wellbeing is the best way to describe it. On a normal day to day basis it's helping me with working long hours.

What really shocked me was it totally taking away extreme jet-lag. Nothing sorts that out normally for me apart from time and sleep. This stuff totally alleviated it and I had it far worse than normal.

I've never taken anything whatsoever that is legal that had such a big effect. I take no medication wherever possible. If I have a headache I'd rather ride it out than pop a pill. It would seem to have absolutely zero side effects. I've exceeded the recommend dose as well.

Looks like they have an issue with their website? After speaking to them it's because they have a new one coming next week.

Not related and no obvious benefit that you feel as such but I have been using “Celtic salt” for the last 6 months which has 82 vital minerals so very good for you and makes food taste so good.......

That's terrific stuff, I use it all the time, mixed with bicarb as a toothpaste as well.

Then it would be worth the price tag

Choices. I would just take a quality multivitamin and a fish oil tablet

I have trained for many years and know a lot of people who have had most things. One of the best things I have ever taken are amino acids with a high mg. I could seriously feel the impact of these when I did weights regular also help you to get the real benefits out of your nutrition / food and that is a game changer

Solgar multi vitamins take some beating and Zipvit for fish oils, look at mg. quantities.

I have an image in my head of all these scruffy Afghans putting any kind of dust into tubs or bagging it up and selling it on and making a fortune

Gonna buck the trend here. I got some because of this thread (although not the one linked but it has 5 star reviews) as I train 5 days a week & am pretty fit & I've not noticed any difference whatsoever....

I've tried 2 versions of it over the last few years and found 0 effect, even with a massive dose. Other than tasting like eating a jar of lead paint.

I've been taking it for couple of weeks, not noticed any difference, although I do seem to be remembering some long lost memories. Probably just be a coincidence, and a reflection of my age though.

How does it react to lots of caffeine in your system too, do they play nice together or bring on any anxiety?

I've got a reasonably good 'balance' with my caffeine intake but always up for trying something new and intrigued by this.

Are you sure?
