Madness mate, mines the same and everybody else as I see it, I was in a retail park the other day, never seen as many drivers with cool bags in and out and stood waiting! I think a lot of people have no value for money, plastic card generation, can't see the cash they are spending and can't be arsed to go out and get things either

Starbucks and Costa are another, what did people do before they popped up, drive throughs near me, queues all the time and packed inside when I look over. I see the same people every morning walking with a coffee, say a fiver a day, £25 per week, £100 per month, £1200 a year on coffee ffs then they wonder where their money goes, guess it's me that's tight

LGBT people have been around for more than 20 years you know (as has the term in recognised use)

And so have speed cameras

As for some of the other stuff mentioned a lot of it could be called 'progress' - women feeling that they can speak up after being sexually abused for example.

And cancel culture doesn't exist. Its just a term used by snowflakes who don't like it that they get told when they're being bigoted dinosaurs....

Here's something that didn't exist 20 years ago .. the increasing unjustified sense of victmhood expressed by an increasing number of British people.

From 'the European Union tells us how bendy our bananas can be' boo-hoo...

to 'you can't say Christmas anymore' snivel...

including 'black lives? what about myyyyyyy life!' sob...

not forgetting 'THEY are trying to take away my right to do XYZ' (often expressed while doing XYZ) wail wail ...

I find it very odd, quite depressing, yet highly entertaining.
