Proof that selling out and peddling cheap sh*t doesn't pay off in the long run.

The early gear was half decent but it got worse and worse and cheaper and cheaper.

Would be an awful april fools for the poor sods who will have to man the phones and repeat themselves over and over that it was a joke. Would be a crap PR stunt if it is the case.

No loss anyway, TFG was nothing more than an upmarket NGT in recent years.

I seem to remember reading that they were no longer selling directly to the public, but not heard anything about total closure though.
