Will these T10s and T11's both do exactly the same or do the T10s work in more situations ? Will the T10s work better with larger alarms ?

I have both and they both work well,
I use the larger T10 in windy rough conditions and the T11's when its calm.
They are very versatile and also very good at minimising false bleeps.
They can both be set almost weightless or with tension.
Alarm size doesn't really matter Ive used them with Fox RX+ and my smaller sonic alarms

Thanks for the reply, I will probably go with the 10s.i was collecting nash slaphead bobbins but these look better 👍

Well I got the 10s and found there is no spring on the ball bearings for clipping the line, only a grub screw for adjustment. So the ball bearings are fixed and pinch the line. Anyone else like this or have you got springs in the head ? Also the grub screws are very loose thread so I need some sticky thread seal to keep the screw from poping out.

My advice would be to return the ND equipment and take a look at the indicator selection from Defiant MPS

Just me thinking aloud but I'm looking at a picture of it and to me the indicator head should screw off. If so why not get some custom made clips with a spring/bearing in to replace them from the likes of Keith @ Defuant MPS.

I have a pair of the 10's. There's only a grub screw for adjustment of the bearings.
Mine aren't that loose, they have a little resistance. Have you tried adjusting them? Possibly they are unscrewed too far out?
I don't think the head will screw off it looks bonded into position to me. I may be wrong - it's been known to happen occasionally!

The head does unscrew off, I'll have a fiddle with it. Don't drop the ball bearings, I tried finding them with a magnet but their stainless. Had to do it by eye and it took me a while 🙄

Piggybacking off your idea Vossy1: Even easier (maybe) a small piece of rubber. It will provide the required 'bounce' to avoid the line damage as you slip it between the balls (fnar fnar) ... and without having to find a spring of the correct diameter and try to make it very short (and still spring)

There is a spring, it's fitted first then a ball bearing in the head then the second ball held in lastly by the grub screw 👍 it's easy to miss the spring as it's fitted first.

It looks like the spring has been squashed so the ball bearing dissapears into one side of the head. Looks easy to over tighten so the clip does not work.

So curiosity got the better of me & I dissembled one of my heads. I was hoping I could get the spring out for a look but I'm unable to remove mine easily.
Are you able to stretch/reform the spring?
Weirdly, they give you spare bearings & screws, no spring though.

I wonder it the tag end of the spring is lodged in the thread where the grub screw locates, might be able to screw it out if so, small screwdriver jammed in the spring and turn. I can't see the spring being fixed it negate what it does. I suppose there could be a raised burr most of the spring is pushed over so most of it is bearing side, that'd keep the spring in place but I can't see them going to that level of detail, espesh in plastic.

I had a poke around with a tiny screwdriver & I'm unable to find a spring in mine. There is obviously something "springy" in there. I wonder if it could be a type of rubber pressed/pushed inside the hole instead of a spring? It wouldn't rust.. 🤔

Stick a small drill down the hole and you will feel a spring. I haven't had chance for a look yet.

If the spring isn't working properly what do you have to lose? If your using a drill bit, or have some, you should be able to gauge the size of the hole and/or spring, then you can find them on Ebay, or ask Keith @ Defiant MPS if he has some he'd sell to you

This thing is brand new, Im cheesed off with it. Those MPS indicators look quality but there's not much in the way of reviews on-line. I would get something like the Warlock with the sliding weight.

I got the spring out and it turned out to be a small piece of black rubber, if it's tightened too much it will loose its spring so the bearing that side sinks in too far.

T11 had to send one to them for them to measure and fit ,then sent it back along with the heads they made

I don't think I'll buy any more ND stuff, all I got from someone when I enquired about it was ( All our T10s are similar, maybe we should improve it ). No help in any way.
