I use 25ml catering pots with hinged lids, so this means I can take loads, but I use hardly any during a session.

A medium Korda Compac cool bag full
To be fair, it does have a crusher and a 1/2 pint bait box in, too.

Can you post a link to look at them please?

I mix all mine up so I don't have to carry too many pots
Colours sizes all in 1 pot but all the same flavour
If the wafters are barrels I will throw them in there too.

Too many and not enough
...like most I suspect.
These are 50ml pots (readily available on Ebay), they fit nicely inside a float tube for transport/ease of use, I had 2 tubes worth as back up/duplicate baits. Now I have 11 Trakker Shallow and a small Lock & Lock tube of test tubes with DNS sticks in and small strip seal bags with some extra bits.
May sound a lot but, Bottom, Wafter, Pop ups for 2 baits is 6, then there's other special hookbaits, another 2, and I can't remember the rest

Have a look at item number 295567942515 on ebay. Very similar to these. I put a sticker on the lid and write on what's in them.
Depending what size your hookbaits are, for standard barrel wafters, can get about 8 in a pot.
I've just put some round 13mm pop ups in some, you can get 7 in them.
Round 15mm or 16mm, you're looking at 4 or 5 in them.
If you use bigger hookbaits, say 18mm, you may want to consider the next size pots, but think these may have push on lids instead of hinged.

Currently take 3.
A Pot of SHB Bug CC's
A Pot of SHB 13mm CC's S3 Reds
A Pot of DNA Bug Half-Tone Wafters
Will delve into at least 2 of the pots (2 rod only rule) dip into the third if I feel a change is needed.
as for pots at home.....

Same, I cut back what i take, then recently realised I had 12 pots with me, no idea what I used to carry. I have duplicates of the same pots too, one pot in use then a spare pot.

2 small tubs, first contains my homemade hook baits, 2nd is Northern Specials mini's for colour/bit of buoyancy, that's it, if I don't catch it's not the baits fault.

Three tubs, pop-ups, wafters and hard hookers all the same flavuor and colour although I have loads of combinations of different companies hook baits like this at home
I really need to have a good clear out as theres only one or two manufacturers combinations I really use these days.

Usually two pots in me bag. Normally one to mimic me free offerings and a bright visual Tutti or pineapple.
As for the pots in me garage... resembles Mainlines factory floor on Pop up production day..

I was taking too many tubs so bought one of the ridgemonkey modular hookbait pot things a couple of years back to force myself to cut back. I now use the 4 pots separated by color - yellow, orange & pink with the final glugged bottom baits (brown) with a mixture of baits in each one that I top up occasionally. Great bit of kit IMO
I'm obviously carrying too many
3 match the hatch in bottom, wafter and pop up
2 same attractors but bright colour wafter and pop up
4 alternatives for over bait, 2 wafter 2 pop up
2 high attract pop ups for single hookbaits casting at showing fish
1 corn shaped toppers
There must be others as I make that 12 and I'm sure there's more than that in my bucket.

I was carrying pots in my rucksack. A dedicated hookbait bait crammed so I could barely zip it up and often extras in my bait bucket as well as what I was leaving in the van. I realised it was nuts so I've forced myself to only carry what I can fit in the fudge monkey trays. Everything else now left at home. The only other hookbait I will allow myself is to rob a couple of tigers from my spod mix.
I feel liberated. :-)

I take 3 pots.
16mm aqua bait hot shrimp cork balls
16mm aqua bait hot shrimp balance bottom baits
16mm stoglemans pilgrims for fishing in shallow water to keep the birds at bay.
I've not caught a carp on a bright hookbait in over 5 years so stopped spending money on them and saved it for takeaways instead 😂

I have around 12 pots of dna hook bait pots from hi-viz pop ups & dark (match the hatch) pop ups to various pots of bottom baits.
I also have 5 pots of boilies in various liquids as I'm a big fan of glugging baits, they've been for me and give me confidence in my type of fishing
