They are all I have used for years straight through, if they are decent then you will have no problems. I prefer to use half baits to crumb unless they are 12mm.
Have used the S7 in winter, no problems.

Only fish days, short sessions, the wind is everything to me, every lake I've ever fished it has effected them in some way, you just have to work it out.
Feel gutted if I get out and it's calm...

Started for me due to having a big issue with my back, had to go with the bare essentials.

The barrow now allows me to take the necessary equipment though I still struggle with my back so pick & choose whether to weigh and photograph.

Some anglers don't understand that you might not weight a decent fish.

I need to be fishing regularly for this to happen.

Such a shame as they will impact the Swan Mussel numbers, sometimes massively.

Always used .40 mono on the reels which handled them for me along with a meter of tubing. I fish close in so if they were really bad I'd rake the area. I tried if possible to keep the fish in the upper layers when playing them.

Leader ban on my waters so can't help with that, best of luck with it, 21 ft down is an eye-opener.

Korum Xpert Specimen size 6, caught loads over the years on these, sharpen just fine and pretty strong. Was £1.55 a packet now up to £2, outrageous!
For extra strength it's Atomic Gunsmoke Sabre's size 6.

As it's a farm reservoir I'd imagine it'll be muddy and fairly featureless, bubbling & clouding is my go to unless they are actually showing and fishing the margin ledge for starters.
Weather still fantastically warm so you maybe in luck with fish still very active, they still have to feed regardless of depths & time of year.
Good luck with it.

Best thing you can do is catch it Ash, wouldn't worry about the other stuff it unfortunately goes on, along with not being weighed correctly etc.

Had a ticket for sometime now, some wonderful fish to go for, easy fishing to not so easy available for not a lot of money in todays terms.
Probably 7-10 year waiting list.
