is it the imax b6ac charger with a lipo battery? if so these are the original settings i had for mine
if so first select battery type lipo enter(start) middle 2 buttons scroll through options
charge type balanced enter
number of cells 6 enter
charge current 5a
long press enter to start

Fair point - it’s just the new battery charged up perfectly twice now either doesn’t charge fully or says full when it’s not. The charger is like mission control for a nasa mission so I reckon my fat fingers have goofed. It up ;0)

Or there's a fault with the charger if you're doing what you've always done.
Was it a like for like swap battery wise?

Hi
I got a barrow conversion a few years ago and always balance charge via the supplied posh charger. After a couple of years it would only charge to half way - on the throttle led screen - fair enough, purchased a new battery a few months ago and first 2 charges pukka, now it does the same and often when I charge it will say full when it’s not. I am a noddy, any tips or what to set the charger to, I have the instructions and follow these but must be doing something wrong. Cheers
