I've used several fluoros over the years and all have bern fairly stiff...
X line was a particular nightmare ..

I used kontour 2 years ago and found it easy to use , however I've heard alot recently about the white fluoros reflecting in water . So I looked at TA's Fluoro and saw its colour so thought I'd ask .

I use lots of TA products and all my luggage is TA and I've never been disappointed so why not try their Fluoro ...

Mind made up ..

Thanks again and keep catching ...

Pleased to hear it!

My experience is limited of course, but those maintenance steps feel mandatory to me. 100 yards is not necessary, 40 - 50 will do, but the cleaning, stretching and un-twisting aren't optional in my opinion. Every session? Perhaps not, but every other session... I would say so.

I'm using FTX in 0.37mm. I've not used Kontour, but I did play about with it in the shop before choosing FTX and it felt way more stiff to me.

I am new to fluoro mainline so this is my experience...

I've now had FTX on for 3 sessions and landed 13 or so fish on it. It has really calmed down and is now very manageable - no better or worse than mono at this point. I walk out 100+ yards after every session to stretch, clean thoroughly and get twist out which no doubt helps with that.
