In reply to Post #8 I dropped my Isfield ticket after I had the big Common from Broadhurst, so I can't state as a fact for this season.
When I was a member in 2022 Isfield had a stretch of Glynde Reach, yes.

In reply to Post #1 To add to Joe's post:
Seaford: Waiting list, so not much use for a year or two (I never bothered putting my name down as I guest it with my mate if needed)
Glynde: I've only fished up the Beddingham end for a handful of overnighters. Had 5 or so Carp but nothing big.
If you're intending on sticking with that girlfriend then get your name on Mini Railway list if you want a runs water. Fish are tatty.
It's days only. Last time a mate took me on a guest trip I had 21 fish up to 28lb I think it was. Fishing just a single rod in the end...

Cuckmere - have a look at South Downs angling club. Also have some still waters.
Glynde reach - cheap ticket and a few carp (but I donβt believe many)
Seaford - The Old River has a good head of carp.

Hi after a bit of advice if poss? I'm from the north west but my Mrs is from Eastbourne so am down that way visiting her fmaily a bit over the year.
Just wondering if anyone knows of any cheapish clubs/day tickets around that way where can do a bit of carp fishing when down there, will only be the odd evening or morning. Maybe any cheaper clubs that control some of the small rivers? Not after spots etc just so I know if worth taking some day kit with me when we go down throughout the year.
Was looking at Cuckmere but can't find much out about it.
Appreciate people might not want to give too much info away.
Thanks,
James
