In reply to Post #4 Why would it be hard? It's how all fermented food products & the like have been made in SE Asia for literally centuries. CSL is used for farming in Asia. It's just having the knowledge about these things in the first place.
I watched one of his videos last night, it's the same as you will find in many other places on the internet. But he explains things very well indeed on YouTube. He's right. You can make better at home than you can buy.
My mother in law has taught me more about fermenting certain products in the past two years than I had learned in the previous twenty five years making carp bait & fermenting particles for my own fishing. It's not just Korean. They absolutely love fermented fish where my missus is from.
We now use products from all over the world. We are no longer constrained by Euro stupidness. Many products that you simply cannot get hold of in the UK anymore. Not because it's illegal to use in carp hook baits, but because of the stupid bureaucracy in Europe means it's not viable for the stuff to be imported anymore. So it's all impossible to source in the UK. Not for us.

In reply to Post #1 This guys videos are brilliant. Home made lacto serum, hydros and even home made csl. Who knew it was all so simple. All you need is rice, milk and a couple of jars to start with. Turns out it all started from Korean natural farming. His home made csl i have done, and the maize leftover ive used to bait up. I swear the carp cannot resist this stuff.
