I believe the price has just gone up a lot too. My mate is dropping his ticket.

I done a guest session there in the winter and got offered a membership without even asking? I was on my best behaviour though. I said no thanks because it's too far from where I live now.

If it were back in 2010 I'd have jumped at the chance because my house in Boreham Street overlooked the valley and that lake (pond) could be seen in the distance from my kitchen/bedroom windows!

I think you'll do well to get on Gardners.

I contacted the guy who owns/runs it, but got told there is no waiting list, and no spaces currently. Basically impossible to get on unless you know someone!!

Do you mean Powdermill where the hotel is? Don't think that's a syndicate anymore. Lake was netted and emptied when the hotel was being refurbed.

i'm after some info on a few 'unknown' syndicates around east sussex, mainly gardners in boreham street and powder mill. If anyone could shed some light on these please or drop me a pm
