In reply to Post #4 That's a great idea I'd imagine once you know the thread size they'll be readily available on Ebay etc, even in stainless for boating use etc.

In reply to Post #3 Don’t know If they fit the Trakker barrow, but barrow buddies does eye bolts that replace and thumb screws for power porter, bascially makes any thumb screw an anchor point for straps etc.

In reply to Post #2 Thanks for the detailed reply - glad it’s not just me being thick!
I reckon a couple of decent sized carabiners from Amazon would do the trick…
Thanks!

In reply to Post #1 Agreed, the issue is fixing points, quite a few options really, depends on you.
Easiest would be, clip onto thumbwheels if there's room.
Or, if the TL&L is long enough pass it under the frame and clip the clips together.
A nylon eyelet strap (Google it). Pass around box section, clip on TL&L.
Easy again, a loop of cord, wrap around box section where required, pass it through itself then clip on TL&L. Obv you'd need a loop each side and when you come to take it off, just unclip, pull loop out and clip onto TL&L so as not to lose it.
Another, put a new eye bolt on the frame where required at the front, drill required.
Nylon hook and loop strap (Google them).
Larger carabiner that goes over box frame, clip TL&L onto it.
There will be loads more options too. Personally I bought a load of webbing and associated fittings off Temu to make my own straps, still in a drawer somewhere

I’ve done a quick search on the forum with no luck
Does anyone know if the Trakker lock & load straps are compatible with the Trakker xtrail T1 barrow? From what I can see the barrow only has two fixing points at the front so I can’t work out how this would work in reality. The clips look too small to hook onto the frame itself.
Thanks in advance!
