This might not be of any help as I have no idea on how the hopper release mechanism works on that boat but assuming pellets are blocking the hinge shut, with my AT boats where the hinge is located you'd put a skirt of flexible plastic covering the hinge gap into the hopper bay, it'd be insulation taped higher up the hopper above the hinge.

Thick bin bag material would do it. Load your hopper as normal over the trailing skirt.

Hi all got a catch x mini bait boat last time out i was using pellets , put rig in boat run line through slot in back but was not releasing as pellets blocking release i saw a video with plastic plug in there as on vulcan but can't find anything any help please cheers
