I've dug out my old PC Cox sachet/baitgun, I thinks its an Airflow 2 with plastic grip.
Been under the bench for a fair while 12-13 years

Back then I bought a couple of cheap 300ml sachet guns for spares..PC Cox were asking more for the tethered plunger assembly than they cost.

Anyhow having finally stripped it down - the plunger was gummed in solid...
I'm reminded that 'd done a bit of bodging to stop it from blowing air strraight through..
Mixing 2.5kg at a time the paste was quite firm on the last gun and I'd rigged up two green gardner plunger caps with black rubber o-rings between those and the U seal on the main plunger body.

Must have deleted the original exploded diagram and the ones I can find don't show all of the components.
Airflow 2 from 2017 doesn't show the plunger assembly.. Only available as a complete unit

So starting at the front the correct order is ..????
green plunger cap
U seal between that and thethered plunger?
Should there be a black o-ring on the plunger too?

then the 1st rear assembly..tether, cross pin
obviously green latex diaphram on the opposite side
and a smaller o-ring on the regulator- endcap- regulator is on the handle.
I'll put up a pic of the bits i have when I can find a host
