My own personal experience of this is that it's the best sinking braid out there by a country mile!
I've been using the same 40lb braid on my spools for 2 years, and it sinks like a brick back to the rod tip every single time, AND has retained all of its colour since new.
I honestly can't recommend it enough.
I know that none of that helps you with your issues, but this is the very first time that I've ever heard anything negative said about it.

As title, used it a few times now. Doesnt seem to sink particularly well, certainly doesnt hug the bottom when slack close in. I know out by the rig end is different, but thought it would sink way better than it does.
Anyone else have any input on thisplease?
