Yeah i have that small gardner table as well, fits in your hand. Used to make baits for float fishing with it, those were the days.
Anyways, my search has ended, i found the motherload of boilie tables on boilieroller hungary, they go from 5mm to 40mm i believe, all sorts of shapes as well, might order a few, see how it goes.

I have the Gardner 8mm rolling table still from the 80's, I used it about 3 or 4 times, it took me ages to roll a 1 Kilo mix and eventually gave up with it, so frustrating.
But, in the past few years, I ocassionally still use it to make a very small pop up mix into 8mm singles or to make up a load of 8mm tippers for 18/20mm+ boilies etc in various fluro colours or to make an 8mm boilie to turn a 10mm or 15mm into a Snowman.
Basically, they are still very useful things to have, but certainly not for doing big batches of bait.
Doing a search Johnson Ross still sell them: -

In reply to Post #1 Sucker for punishment! I rarely can be arsed with the 10mm table I have.... gunning out a stiff mix in the winter through those nozzles really gets the gun suffering too
You could try with the gardner 8mm tables and gunning out a smaller diameter sausage to roll barrels.
They could end up 6 x 8mm ish at a guess which might get you kind of there.

In reply to Post #8 If the only goal is to produce hookers, I wouldn’t bother rolling a sphere shape. Cutting 6mm sausages into pillows would be a cheaper option 😅

In reply to Post #9 Thanks, pricey, but 6 indeed.

Shillams make 6mm blades for their rollers if that helps

Yeah, 4 might be pushing it a bit too much, 6 should be just fine. But as i said, it's for coarse fishing, just want to use my own small hookers instead of ringers or dynamite or whatever, who do 6 mm. So somewhere there must be someone as daft to make them, either by machine or a table. So if it's available, that would be great to hear.

In reply to Post #5 As a carpet feed I'd imagine much like micro pellets or particles.

For baits that small you may as well use some oversprayed pellets.

In reply to Post #4 How would you use 4mm baits? I think you'd struggle to put anything smaller than 8s on a hair tbh

No worries, just for hookbaits. I have the 8 from gardner btw, just seeing how far i can take it. Saw some 3d printed ones on ebay, very nice looking btw, but only 8. But i thought if anybody would be so crazy to want something like this, the uk must be the place for that😁

In reply to Post #1 What a nightmare they would be to roll! You'd be better cutting nozzles to that size and then slicing them into pellets with a knife Tbh. Even then it will take to ever to make even a very small mix. Even doing 12s on a rolling table is mind numbingly tedious

In reply to Post #1 Wow. that will take forever to roll even a small mix
The smallest I've seen, & used was the Gardner Rolaball Baitmaker 8mm Particle Size, cost is around £10.99

As per the title, does anybody know of 4 and 6 mm boilie tables being available?
More for coarse fishing btw than carp🤪
