The evo stick sticks like white which is ultra flexible will do the job. It says waterproof as it can be used inside and out.

In reply to Post #1 If you've got a nice flush edge to fix to then any of the mastic type sticky stuff is perfect.
I had to refit some old skirting and the back was a mish mash of plaster and brick so very uneven.
After a dry fit to check the depth and fitting I used some liquid nails type stuff to stick some wooden blocks onto the flatter bricks then attached the skirting to the blocks the same way.
Good and cheap....

I’ve only got 2 pieces of 4ft skirting board to fix, I was thinking of fixing them with the double ended nails and using some silicone mastic as a glue just to hold them to the wall, would this be ok, or do I need a proper’glue’ or what would you suggest just for fixing 2 short lengths? TIA
