True, I've some friends who have a group booking on there most years, most are v capable anglers, I don't know the stocking levels, or much else about the place, but it seems v far from easy.

I don’t think it’s easy access. Happy to be proven wrong (so I can go more often!)

Wouldn’t say it’s easy either tbh
Last Sept I had 4 fish in a week and this April 3 fish in a week. Both weeks I was ‘top rod’
There can be weeks where they feed up and big hits are had…but there’s a lot of blanks too

What about somewhere like Holme Fen in cambridgeshire. I'm sure that fairly easy access. It done fish to record size. So I'd imagine 40 pluses would be one a chuck...

There's a rather large puddle forming down the bottom of the hill where I live due to the amount of rain recently. If it hangs around much longer. It will probably have fish of that size in it by the end of the week. I'll let you know..

Assume for filming, etc they pay a hefty price to do it there.

No chance on Grenville, big waiting list and have to be recommended by existing members to get on. Not sure about the named anglers if they are full members or not

Grenville?

I don’t think Ali or Pecky are members but they’ve both done videos on there, so I assume there must be some way to fish it as a non member ??

If you had to pick one lake that was available either dayticket or exclusive bookings that had the highest density of 40lbers for the stock. What lake would that be? Not including places like RH Monument

The other little caviat is you must be able to book on for the dates you want and doesn't have some silly lile 10 pegs on a 2 acre lake
