The lake I used to fish in France stocked boilies from
Carpelicious done well on their red spice

Check them out to see if they would deliver to you 👍

Forget about freezer baits , not required in this day and age.

I agree to a extent, but I'm not sure shelf life dont degrade faster than frozen baits. If you have a high turnover of shelf life would it matter though...hmm..guess it depends when they were made and how they're stored.

Hi, I lived in Austria for 8 years and to be honest with you Mivardi platinum range is as good as it gets , brilliant baits , their quality level is very high.

I would put the Mivardi boilies up against anything produced in the UK or EU.

Forget about freezer baits , not required in this day and age.

Second place in my list would be Boilie and More in Wildon Austria , give siggi a call or look on the website. Quality baits and they have monthly specials . Very highly recommended.

Pioneerbaits do freezers. Good baits, good lads, good prices, good service. Only downside i don't know about shipping freezers from holland to czech, could be a hard no, but they are flexible so who knows if you contact them.

Definitely mate

I’ve found KWO delivers to Czech & they are a pretty big name in Netherlands. Very reasonable prices if you order in bulk. I don’t suppose anyone has any review of them? Couldn’t find much online. But they have been going a good few years & have a good following

I would totally go for stabilised/shelflife baits. So much easier and I doubt there is much of a difference nowadays having caught hundreds of thousands of carp.

Just use a really good bait. Not an easy task as I am eagerly looking for one myself at the moment that is super reliable and has an impeccable track record.

Too many wanna-be bait companies in Europe around that have no clue of anything yet think they have invented the wheel reg. baits.
The problem is that carp eat just about any sh1t so no one can proove if a bait is bad or not.
Really good baits just catch absolutely instant and continuously. I have only had that with self rolled baits or really good UK baits.

I myself will either go for UK baits that are available e.g. like CC Moore Live System, Mainline Cell or an expensive bait from a bait company that has been around for more than 15 years e.g. like Bait Service Straubing.

Maybe thats also the way for you...?!

Thanks for that

Yes that’s the issue… the baits are the old shelf life types of the early 2000s. I had one over of a company tell me he uses fresh eggs, and no preservatives but his shelf life baits had 5 years until expiry time… that just cannot be true!

Seems shelf life / stabilised baits have moved on a lot, so I would be open to shelf life assuming they’re from a reputable firm

DNA not available here in Europe albeit. They have that European Site but no stock for a long time and it doesnt seem they will stock up soon.

In any case I have the same problem but I am not even tied to freezer baits. To get good quality bait here in Europe/Germany is really a problem. Too many bait companies around that claim to have the best but in the end it isnt.

Bait Service Straubing from Germany has been recommended to me by several sources. They do freezer baits as well if you really want them and also they have rolled bait for several well known UK bait companies.

I have no first hand experience but I am inclined to give them a try as UK baits are not available anymore here. At least not the not mainstream ones.

Use DNA shelf life baits with complete confidence. Personally favour The Bug and SLK.

Cheers for the helpful replies 👍🏻

I do suspect a good quality SL will far surpass the stuff I’m currently getting here. I always used essential in U.K. days but they no longer cover Europe. Listening to a few bait podcasts there are ways of rolling good SL baits so I shall have a good look at DNA

I use Enzym HD from baitservice.de albeit the shelf life version and have done well on them. The do freezer baits, but I'm not sure if they post the freezers outside Germany. You can have a look at their website.

Regarding DNA Baits Europe there doesn't seem to be any boilies in stock. I woukd like to try the S7, but they are not available.

Ah, o.k, apologies, I hadn't looked at the site, they just popped to mind re the European.

I've just spoken to DNA and they don't supply freezer baits at present, EU rules.
Have you thought of having a look at German and Dutch bait rolling companies?
I'm a bit out of the loop nowadays but there used to be, and probably still are some very good ones.

Re DNA shelf life, as OatcakeFred said, I wouldn't look past the DNA shelf life just because it's a SL.

EDIT, I've removed the link because it's not working
