In reply to Post #1 I returned a bivvy as it had a few issues,,they did offer to send me bits to repair it, but I declined and they were good to their word , collected it and was refunded.

In reply to Post #1 Some time back I had a faulty scull cap. Sent them pictures and they posted a new one out that day. Told me to keep the old one.

Have any of you experienced problems with the customer service of the aforementioned company? Don’t know if it’s me being finicky, but I feel their customer service is awful!
