Evening chaps
Has anyone fished in Department Nievre this year since they have introduced the ban on boats?
I’m assuming that using a boat for transportation is still cool?
Is the new rule being enforced or not is it a case of just being a bit subtle?
Is it just the normal 60€ fine for getting caught?
Currently blanking on a 1000 hectare ocean in France but loving every minute!!
