I can't remember the last time I zipped a door down on any bivvy and usually have the sides rolled back on the Hide, so never really seem to have a problem with condensation.

For me, the condensation was really bad. Much worse than any bivvy I ever used (aqua armo and fox Frontier X)

I get really bad condensation in my XL and over time you'll start it see lots of pin holes and cracks in the material. I guess it's the dark backing that gets worn away but doesn't effect it in the rain.
