same width but totally different mattress.

My mate has the sp tech and apart from it being heavy, my only worry would be the sheet that covers the mattress. It's paper thin.

Not the case on my duradore though. It's a decent fit that's not too tight and a slightly thicker material.

I use one and love it. Im 6ft and nearly 20 stone.

Im a big lad and wanted a heavy duty bed that wasnt too heavy. 16.2kg for wide I thought was reasonable and it's a cracking bed solid as a rock and comfy too. Not as comfy as the SP C-tech but it's 5kg lighter.

If its same width as the memory foam one its very tight and it will eventually go at the seams I think

i'm thinking exactly the same, my benchmark is showing its age and would like something (slightly) lighter, the dura dore ticks the box's and with the 15% off at Tft its a great price atm, I thought there would be more reviews on the dura dore by now, my only worry is being a side sleeper it may be too firm.

I can’t see why not , it’s got straps on both sides that you can ratchet up tight once you’ve got it folded

Sounds good. Do you think you could fold the bedchair with a bulkier sleebag in place?

First night on it last night , very very impressed , much more comfortable than the cho8 , the mattress is very comfortable , I havnt tried it yet with my sim but it doesn’t actually need one . Very light , very stable , at 90cm it’s got a extra bit of width to it , but not too wide, I’m
I’n an undercover Brolly in it now and there’s loads of room and I’ve got my snugpak Techlite attached to it, really happy with it 👍🏼
