Another for the 9' Wychwood Extricator, I have both the original & newer version, both have been great for me & my son, personally I prefer the original version, if anyone knows where to find the originals please let me know.

I purchased the 3 piece version last week and it seems really nice. Has a good battle curve and packs away tiny.

Do they do a 9ft 2 piece? Can only find a 3 piece
You had me double checking my rod then
Yes, they used to make the 9' as a 2 piece (mine), though on a quick internet search its now a 3 piece.

I have a 10 foot Free Spirit E-Class Gold rod (think it's 2.5lb) that I am not using much (at all) if that's of interest.

+1, got the 9' Greys Stalker, it's a lovely rod, great action for playing fish but enough power once properly curved into.

I've got a Scope 9ft 2.25tc and have found it ideal for float fishing with lighter lines (6-12lb). I'm sure it'd be a decent close range floater rod.

Greys stalking rod, available in 7' or 9' are worth a look. 3 piece so pack as small as retractable, without the risk (perceived or real?) of scratching up the retractable bit. Reasonable price too
