Old fujis. It’s a Trevs of Wilmslow I’ve had for ages, looks like a ballista blank to me. Looking at the BKWAG recommendation I think 30mm would be big enough. No huge ranges and I’ll be using braid.

What other guides are on the rod ?

Not sure if they are anti-frap but I have the AT ti-forged guides on my Aviators and never had a problem. Just be aware the 50mm hangs a long way down and finding a rod bag is tricky. 40mm could be very similar.

Hi, I want to put 40mm anti frap butt rings on my spod rod.
Which is the best option? I’m not interested on £40 titanium frames, just cheap, strong workhorses.
