I was there on Saturday.
It wasn't as busy as it has been in the past, but it has had a lot of negativity over the last few years.
Definitely more comfortable to walk around and gain access to the stands without having to queue 4 deep.
Yes, there were a few names missing.
As for the Ali comment, we sat and watched his talk with Steve Hill and there was a good interaction with Frank Warwick.
He was as happy and chatty as he always is, I didn't see or hear any negativity towards him.
Keep up the good work Ali and with the OMC brand

I find that hard to believe. I remember Fairbrass said, even during the height of Korda hate, he has never had a single negative thing said to him in person.

I didn't see any of the talks but must say the OMC stand looked very busy each time I walked past it.

surely not, ali has big personality and I can't see him letting it get to him...he's thick skinned and would always try to bluff his way through it.
if people were having a go i imagine it would be ali's denial that the twig is still the revolutionary product he was crying about not too long ago. in his quick interview with Jamie clossick he's still in denial about the product...but did admit on that interview it did get to him

I did.

I've been to a few over the years. I think this was the only one I've came away feeling dissapointed. It was just too small IMO. Walked round in about 30 mins.

You could get some brilliant deals when Erics were there.

So who went today ?
I stopped going years ago when those price fixing bstds stopped Erics Angling from going
but now Vince Davies, who created and established ‘The Big One’ fishing show is running it it should be a good show
