Forget anything that ends in ...tex. The only waterproof (for life) coat I have ever had is made by Guy Cotton. Isoder.

I was going to recommend the berghaus - a few posties near me have them, but i do agree that they are on the smaller size.

I have a 3 in 1 in black and its bullet proof, id even go for the Seeker GTX if you had layers on underneath and was using on a daily basis

How do they size up? Recently bought a goretex berghaus which was a bit small and will have to go back.

If they’re stitched anything like their trousers then steer clear.

Helly Hansen do good waterproofs and they do plenty of LOUD colours.
Loads on ebay.

Deerhunter do reversible jackets, orange and green, best of both worlds.
My neighbour of 10 years was a postie, he hated the work jacket, said he got wetter in it than he would do without it, breathability with all that walking being the issue.

I'm sorted for clothing for fishing but I'm after something waterproof and breathable for work. I'm a postie so do a fair bit of walking each day and the Royal Mail jackets aren't fit for purpose, I want something in red or orange and at least a 2xl, any suggestions?
