I'm sorry, but the thought of a pre-booked peg horrifies me.

I like to walk around and choose my swim. If the lake is that jam packed with few swims left, it's likely I will go elsewhere.

If I'm stuck in a pre-booked swim and the fish are up the other end, I'd want to move onto them.

What happens if you turn up to your pre-booked swim and there are no fish in it?
What happens if you're in your pre-booked swim and fish start showing down the other end?
Surely the first thing to do when you turn up to ANY water is locate the fish and then set up close by?

Coking farm oak lake or meadow lake both have loads of 30s plus a couple 40s in it, the other lakes on site are more runs waters (apart from woodland just doesn’t what you want) definitely worth a look

Plus there is the catch app you can find what you like on there

There’s the newly opening doddington lane pits in Northants. It’s on an app. Loads of stock fish but some originals as well. Should fish well the first year at least.

Disliked by many but take a look at Monument Fisheries. Whilst the stock and nature of the place is not to everyone's taste the lakes are nice and facilities are good. All pegs need to be booked in advance, which to me is one of the worst things about the place, but if it's what you need then worth taking a look

Hello

I am looking for a lake where you can book a peg in advance.

Anywhere in the country as long as it has a good stock to 35lb+

Change of job means I don't have the time to rush to a lake on a Friday to secure a decent peg.

Thanks
