In reply to Post #1 I always used to use a knock off gorilla pod for self takes with my phone. The flexible legs meant you can wrap it round a bankstick with little effort.

In reply to Post #21 I bought myself a tripod for my camera for my carp fishing and found it has a phone holder too I also go a mini tripod off wish a while back and phone holder will fit that too so I car a big tripod and a small one if needed

In reply to Post #18 If you are using an iPhone look at the photo timer + app it's a free app works great you set it up like a camera intervalometer set the countdown timer ,set a delay inbetween shots and will just keep taking shots shoots just hit the shot button on the phone and away you go

In reply to Post #18 One off the Trent at the weekend. It's not perfect and if I was critical I'd have the light higher up to avoid shadows, but it's more than good enough for me.
