Ive been using it for s couple of years and think it’s great. Sinks well enough, casts great (never bother wetting it) and its a decent price, probably the best thing Avid sell.

I literally just spooled up with this last week. It seems decent to me. I am using it on recommendation from seasoned braid users (historically I prefer mono). Fished with it Friday night. Sinks ok, casts really well. I like it.

I thought they had bought out a new version but it's the same one been out since 2021

You are joking right? 99% of avid stuff is junk
For the op, mate of mine is a cat angler and uses this braid, rates it highly

Sinks well and casts well and I liked the colour break up of it . Suffered with abrasion issues with it though which surprised me as Avid usually turn out decent gear. Changed to the thinking anglers stuff now .

It is very good. Sinks, not as heavy as the Thinking stuff, but it does sink for sure.
Abrasion resistant is excellent, and it casts like a dream.
I've been impressed with it.

Anyone had any experience using this stuff? Was wondering about how well it sinks and the strength of it but can't find any info on it, anyone with any sort of experience with it I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.
